The UI designer will be responsible for creating complex user interfaces for a variety of applications and platforms for our clients. This requires advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, Flash, and other web publishing environments. You will also be expected to maintain these interfaces.
- Organize Information: The information that goes into such user interfaces must first be edited and organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Usability Testing: Usability testing is one of the most important functions of a UI designer. By conducting usability tests, the UI designer must solve problems with interfaces and ensure that they are not only user-friendly, but practical as well. This is accomplished by predicting how users will utilize each element of a particular design.
- Work with Other Departments: the UI designer will need to coordinate with other departments, organizing information deemed useful to the audience.
Degrees
- Eligible degrees include technical communication, computer science, human computer interaction, industrial design, visual arts and graphic design, or related field. 1-3 years experience preferred.
Other Qualifications
- Expert skills in user-centered design methods (card sorting, prototyping, task flow diagrams, web site architectures, use cases, wire frames, interface specifications, user testing), and visual/graphic design. Expert understanding of relevant web standards and guidelines, including accessibility and usability. Expert front-end user interface programming skills (XHTML and CSS). Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with ability to supply technically viable alternatives. Ability to clearly articulate complex design problems and solutions using strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills involving multidisciplinary teams. Organized self-starter that is highly productive, has a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented, is methodical and has a "Can do" attitude.

Seeking a Personal Assistant/Office Manager for the CEO and leadership team in the Summit area. This individual will provide both professional and personal support for a small, entrepreneurial fast paced, growing sales organization. Looking for bright, creative, sharp, even-keeled, friendly, flexible, dedicated and organized, self-starter who pays meticulous attention to detail. Must be able to take direction, demonstrate initiative and work independently. This is a full time position with paid time off and health benefits. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administrative tasks (filing, faxing, photo-copying, scanning, correspondence, data entry, etc.)

- Oversee the operation of the office, including ordering of supplies, maintenance of the office infrastructure and systems, and coordinating administrative staff coverage.

Requirements
